Born and raised in Baytown, Texas, Mikal D. Williams is an accomplished attorney with a passion for advocacy and education. He holds a B.S. in Sociology (magna cum laude) from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.

Mikal’s experience spans legal clerkship, investigations for the Department of Family and Protective Services, and co-founding nonprofits focused on healthcare and technical education. Bar admissions include the State Bar of Texas and multiple U.S. District Courts. Mikal also teaches Medical Law and Ethics and serves as general counsel for nonprofit organizations.
